• Ilaaj ka Tareeqa (Kaprra Jalaana): Aik tareeqa yeh hai ke aik gaz latha kaprra (cloth) lekar mareez ke saamne 11 martaba Hisar Ghawthiya parh kar us par dam kiya jaye. Is kaprre ke 21 tukray karke mareez ko diye jaen, jo rozana subah uth kar apne jism par mal kar jalaa de.
• Taweez/Pilaana: Hisar Ghawthiya ko zafran ya inak pen se aik martaba likh kar 11 martaba paani mein ghol kar peenay ki hidayat di jati hai (33 din tak).
• Door se Ilaaj (Distant Healing): Agar mareez door ho, to Aamil mareez ke naam ke Abjad (numerical value) ke mutabiq rozana (kam az kam 40 din tak) Hisar Ghawthiya parhta hai, aur haftay mein aik baar phone ya tasawwur ke zariye Damm (blowing/attention) karta hai.
